Just wondering what and who you give gifts to during the holidays, and how you decide what to get people. I love giving perfume gift sets (you know, the ones with the perfume and things that go along with it) and jewelery because they're classy and nice, but not too personal. It's also easy to buy these things (one stop at the beauty section at Nordstrom- they have everything!) and they're so fun to pick out. Also, almost every brand has something along these lines, so I'll get people something from a brand I know they love- you can't go wrong with that. What do you buy for everyone on your list? I try to be sensitive to my friends comments all year to see if I can pick up on their likes or hobbies then try to buy something that matches their interests. If someone goes gaw gaw over something I am wearing and I know they really do love it and aren't just complimenting me, I'll buy it for them. I don't buy perfume as I think it is very personal but I'll buy shower gel or lotions.
1For me, it's original. I usually do those handicrafts art which I personalise and give them as gift and what makes me most happy is that they are using it and not gifting it again to somebody else. Also if I forgot someone or did not have time to do this, I come across some nice little souvenirs which is very beautiful and of their favorite colours so that this compliment either their dining room, living room or bedroom!
